This older Horseshoe Bay cottage had a small kitchen with plumbing pipes from an upstairs bathroom dropping beneath the ceiling and a separate pantry breaking up the working space. The new design involved removal of the pantry and relocation of the bathroom drain. This allowed for the new layout incorporating an island with cantilevered eating bar, pot lighting and undercabinet lighting that highlights a spectacular North Shore mountain scene designed in the granite backsplash. The new kitchen design has given the homeowners functionality within a spectacular new environment.
