Bathroom 1 Specifications:

This beautiful traditional home has been the family home for years. The owners, now retired, realised that they were going to stay in their home and wanted to make the two smaller upstairs bathrooms into a larger ensuite.

The new ensuite features a walk in shower with a tempered glass panel free hung from the wall. We reused an existing glass door for the entrance. The tile used on both the walls and floors was rectified resulting in minimum grout line between tiles. The custom vanity was crafted in solid cherry wood with a raised height and capped with Corian and double drop in porcelain sinks. Custom lighting was installed beneath the vanity for night time elegance. The oversized soaker bathtub came equipped with a sloped back, arm rests, and a Roman tub faucet complete with hand spray.

The project was completed in less that 4 weeks including installation of a new opening skylight, new roof, exhaust fan and heated floors.
